Water heater repair and installation
No hot water, rusty water or a tank that leaks? We repair and replace tank and tankless water heaters, gas or electric, all over the Phoenix metro.
- Licensed, bonded & insured
- AZ ROC #355808
- 1-year warranty
Phoenix hard water is tough on water heaters. Minerals settle at the bottom of the tank as sediment, the heater works harder, and the tank wears out sooner than it would in most other places.
We start by finding out if your heater can be repaired or if replacing it makes more sense, and we tell you straight. When we install a new one, we replace the supply lines too, so the connections don't leak. We install Bradford White water heaters and service most major brands.
Signs your water heater needs help
- No hot water, or it runs out faster than before
- Rusty or cloudy hot water
- Popping or rumbling sounds from the tank
- Water around the base of the heater
- The pilot light keeps going out
- The heater is 10 years old or more

F.A.Q.
Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If the tank itself is leaking, it needs to be replaced. If the problem is a part like a thermostat, element, gas valve or thermocouple, a repair is usually worth it, especially on a heater that's under 8 to 10 years old.
Is a tankless water heater worth it in Phoenix?
Tankless heaters give you endless hot water and save space, but they cost more to install and need to be descaled every year because of our hard water. We go over both options so you can pick what fits your home and budget.
How often should I flush my water heater?
Once a year. Flushing removes the sediment that hard water leaves in the tank, helps the heater work less and can add years to its life.
